What is Osteopathy and how can I help in your path upwards?

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a distinctive medical practice focusing on the comprehensive treatment of patients through manual techniques. This approach recognizes the body’s inherent ability to heal itself and the integral relationship between structure and function. OMT seeks to address the root causes of health issues by promoting the body’s self-healing capabilities across five primary health models: Biomechanical, Respiratory-Circulatory, Neurological, Metabolic-Energy, and Behavioural. As a Registered Massage Therapist and 5th Year Osteopathic Student. Using the principles and philosophy of Osteopathic practice and my years of experience as an RMT we can work together to find the health you seek. I urge anyone interested to please contact me or read into my blog feed to see if there is anything helpful there and if you enjoy my content please consider donating at my buymeacoffee page.
